..This Generation...

What is the deal peeps!

First thing I gotta say, I never, in a million years, would never think a black man would be in the White house...

Anything can happen now for real. I'm expecting tomorrow we'll be building condos and shopping malls on Mars... I heard Starbucks & McDonalds was already there...lol
Now all we have to do is rub Obama's head or something and see if that goodness rubs off on us getting signed! lol Just kidding for you critics out there... unless it works!?!?

THIS GENERATION

You got to admit, we seen a lot happen in this generation haven't we?

We see the the start of the first ever music video and a channel that broadcast it live 24/7...

Can you name the first 3 videos to aire on MTV? And what's crazy about this is the third one had the word FU_K in it. lol crazy right?!?!?
Who was the first black artist to air their video on MTV? & Which video was it? Leave a comment on the bottom if you know the answer...

Do you guys remember when the Berlin Wall came Down. I guess cats over in Germany never seen that coming like us with Mr. Obama huh?

We Seen the shock of the world when the Twin Towers went down! Where were you when that happened? When i first seen it on the tv screen, I thought it was movie at first i can't lie to ya. I'm like, man, Steven Spielberg is no joke with those speical effects word up lol.
But it was only too real when it finally sunk in what really was going on..

Then we seen what Hurricane Katrina did to our beloved New Orleans.
How crazy was that? But it is looking much better down there. Go out over the spring time for their annual Jazz Fest! Good Music, and really Great FOOD mmmm.

But the Ultimate was seeing this cat right thuuurr finally getting caught!
Now that might be more of a shocker than even having a Black President... We all knew he did it the first time around, but since we were black, and too many ish was going on with LAPD, we had to cheer for my main man Orenthal James Simpson!
They already busted up Rodney King pretty badly, ------>
so we had to go hard @ the justice system.
But now, that nigg@ gotta go word up.

What's going on my ZUNE peoples...

I'm telling you heads! the Zune player is where its at!
The message board is cool, the Zune Social is like a little myspace community whose all about that real music and music in general...
If you don't have one, put down your ipod and go grab one for real. It already has a built in FM radio, you can share music with other ZUNE owners, and downloading all the music you want for just $14.99 , you can't beat that with a bat!

I have to give a shout out to all my ZUNE peeps who brought the L.F.R. album too.
Thanks for the support & love... And any of you out there who haven't brought our CD yet online, shame on you!

H.O.F. (Hall of Fame)

Hailing out of Chicago, these boys are the future.
Hall of Fame, the Chicago duo of Rondezvous and Dinky are different: They blend styles in fashions that come across so smoothly, with such a groove that you get caught off guard. The sounds that they bring to a performance blend rap and Rhythm & Blues into a sound that has an undeniable hook. You will remember both the melodies AND the vocal flows. Their songs are very listenable. No doubt...

BUTTA VERSES

This is my homeboy. We did a song together a few years back called SICKNESS.. If you haven't you should check that song out. BV just released his album called "REALITY BV" and you can buy it on Amazon.com and iTunes.
Butta Verses, a Bronx-bred rapper who now calls Fort Lauderdale, Florida home, made his debut appearance on De La Soul’s 2004 release The Grind Date spitting back to back with Posdonus on the song “No.” Butta’s name was bestowed upon him by fellow MCs at local ciphers but once his mixtape reached the ears of DJ Maseo from De La Soul, his rhymes started reaching neighborhoods around the world.
